CRYSTAL HEALING FOR BEGINNERS PART II

Updated: Mar 6, 2019

PART II // DO A LITTLE RESEARCH.

Crystal healing for beginners, How to use crystals

How to integrate crystals into your life.

I posted about crystal healing for beginners last week after getting a ton of requests for some basic information and suggestions about how to integrate crystals into your life. If you want to read the whole post, click on #intertwinedcrystalhealing. If you don’t, here’s a recap:

Use your intuition to help you select a crystal. Don't overthink it. Wear or carry it with you, and notice how it makes you feel. Write down notes about thoughts, feelings, or ideas that come up while you have it with you.

Once you’ve spent some time with the crystal you’ve chosen and noticed your own experience with it, it can be fun to do some reading and find out if others’ findings and experiences match up with your own. I personally believe that you can take what resonates with you and leave what doesn’t. (This is my philosophy in a few different areas of life. Anyone else subscribe to this?)

Resources.

Here are a few resources to read about crystal properties:

Crystal Vaults // I have stumbled on their website so many times after Googling (insert stone here) metaphysical healing properties. I love the way that they break down the information (spoiler: there’s a TON of information) and cite the sources that they get it from.

Charms of Light // This is another website that pops up a lot when I am looking online, and they keep it a lot more simple if you’re easily overwhelmed by too much information.

Healing Crystals // Here is just one more website suggestion that I have looked at quite a bit! I really like that they include information about rare stones that you might not otherwise be able to find much out about, and break down the chakra, astrological sign, and physical/emotional/spiritual things that are associated with each stone.

• Good ol’ fashioned books. I will share my crystal book recommendations soon!

Take what resonates with you, and leave the rest.

It can be a lot to take in at first, and there are so many resources out there. So again, I suggest to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. If anyone is following along, I would love to hear from you! How do these findings match up with your own experience with your stone?

Until next time, always sending love.

Bella
